Project Manager - Coupa, Finance Systems, Migration Delivery

A leading Financial Services organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive a major system migration programme focused on extending the rollout of Coupa across global finance and procurement functions. This role sits at the heart of a finance systems transformation and will play a pivotal part in planning and delivering migrations for 16 remaining countries onto the new Coupa platform. You'll work closely with finance operations, procurement, technology teams, and senior stakeholders to turn an established migration runbook into a clear project plan and execute it with precision, pace, and strong delivery focus.

You'll be a great fit for this role if:

• You have strong, hands on Project Management experience and excel in delivery focused environments
• You bring solid Finance knowledge, particularly around Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchase Orders, invoicing, and finance process flows
• You have a proven track record in IT systems delivery, including system migration and data migration projects
• You have experience with Coupa - this is extremely desirable and the strongest preference for the role
• Alternatively, you have experience migrating away from NetSuite or working on finance/procurement platform transitions
• You're a "head down" delivery driven PM who thrives on getting projects over the line
• You have an FS background or have worked in highly regulated environments
• You communicate clearly, manage stakeholders confidently, and stay focused under pressure
• You prefer delivery over programme level governance and thrive when Embedded directly in the work

This is a 12 month contract, outside IR35, paying £525-£575 per day and requires 2 days a week in their London office
