System Integration Delivery Lead | 21-month contract | Outside IR35 | London, 3 days per week | NPPV2 & CTC

Pigment is a change & transformation consultancy. We partner with other consultancies, government departments, and private sector organisations to deliver tailored, Embedded solutions that drive real change.

We are currently seeking an Integration Delivery Lead to join our team, who can provide integration assurance, technical leadership, and supplier governance across a replacement programme. Our Delivery Lead will be acting as the conduit between the programme & suppliers, and the internal technology function, ensuring technical decisions are aligned, compliant, and it for operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Assurance

• Lead and assure the end-to-end integration design between Totalmobile and Oracle Fusion.
• Ensure Oracle Fusion remains the master data record for people, roles, availability, and scheduling information.
• Review, challenge, and approve all integration artefacts, including:
  • API specifications
  • Data mapping and transformation logic
  • Error handling, auditing, and reconciliation models
  • Validate integrations against performance, security, scalability, and resilience standards.
• Identify integration risks, sequencing challenges, and data issues-driving resolution with technical teams and suppliers

• Technical delivery leadership
• Programme governance and stakeholder engagement
• Risk management, assurance, and continuous improvements

Essential:

• Active NPPV2 and CTC Clearance
• Strong background in integration assurance across complex, multi-vendor programmes.
• Experience delivering or integrating rostering, duty management, or workforce management systems.
• Ability to govern, challenge, and assure technical delivery from suppliers and SIs.
• Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and large-scale data models.

Desirable:

• Experience with Oracle Fusion, particularly HR, Workforce, or Time & Attendance modules.
• Experience with Totalmobile, especially its integration logic and rostering capabilities.
