Business Analyst - AI at Korn Ferry, Manchester, £500 per day

Currently looking for Digital Business Analyst to support a banking client delivering digital transformation across customer-facing platforms. The role will focus on analysing business needs, defining requirements, and supporting delivery of digital banking products within agile teams. A background in Retail or Challenger Banking is essential, and experience with AI-enabled solutions is highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements

• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for agile teams

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and collaborate with product, technology, and UX teams

• Support delivery of digital banking platforms (mobile, web, onboarding, payments)

• Assist with UAT, backlog prioritisation, and sprint planning

Required Experience

• Proven Business Analyst / Digital BA experience within Retail or Challenger Banking

• Strong experience delivering digital products or platforms

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

• Strong stakeholder management and requirements documentation skills

Desirable

• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or data-driven digital products

• Experience with Open Banking APIs or digital payments

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

This is an initial 3 month engagement working hybrid in the client's Manchester and London offices paying £500/day Outside IR35.
