Digital Delivery Manager - Client Services
Contract | 6-9 months | Up to £300 - £325 p/d (Outside IR35)
Remote with occasional London meetings
A digital agency is looking for an experienced Client Services/Digital Delivery Manager to support the delivery of a major website project.
This role will act as the bridge between client stakeholders, external marketing agencies (SEO/CRO) and the internal delivery team, ensuring requirements are aligned and the project progresses smoothly.
The role sits alongside an existing Project Manager who manages the development team, with a focus on stakeholder coordination, communication and project alignment rather than direct developer management.
ResponsibilitiesAct as the operational point of contact across client and agency meetings
Represent the agency in discussions with SEO and CRO partners
Translate marketing and optimisation requirements into clear actions for the delivery team
Maintain oversight of project progress through Jira boards and timelines
Ensure alignment between client objectives, agency input and delivery priorities
Facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
Help balance competing priorities to keep delivery on track
Experience in client services, digital delivery or technical account management within a digital agency environment
Strong understanding of website or digital platform delivery
Experience working alongside SEO and CRO agencies or digital marketing teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Comfortable coordinating across multiple parties and viewpoints
Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools
