SC Cleared 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst
Contract | Outside IR35 | Remote

We are currently recruiting for an SC Cleared 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst to support a live data platform being delivered into a central government environment.

This role will sit within a delivery team responsible for maintaining the stability and performance of a cloud-hosted data product, providing operational support to users and working closely with engineering teams to resolve incidents.

What you'll be doing

You will act as the first point of contact for platform users, managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, and supporting access requests while ensuring services remain stable and reliable. The role involves working within an ITIL-aligned service management environment, supporting a live government digital service and collaborating with platform engineers and developers to resolve issues.

Experience required

. Active SC Clearance (essential)
. Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support in a technical environment
. Experience working within an ITIL-based service management framework
. Supporting cloud-hosted systems or digital platforms
. Managing incidents, service requests, and access permissions
. Experience using service desk/ticketing tools

Desirable experience

. Exposure to AWS services (eg S3, CloudWatch, Redshift, Lambda)
. Basic SQL knowledge for investigation or validation
. Experience supporting data platforms, dashboards, or reporting tools
. Experience working in secure or regulated environments

Contract details

Up to £200/day Outside IR35
. Remote (UK-based)
. ASAP start
. Initial contract until early September with strong extension potential

Due to the nature of the project, active SC clearance is required.
