Order to Cash (O2C) Process Lead / Senior Business Analyst

Overview
The Order to Cash (O2C) Process Lead / Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the design, analysis, and implementation of end-to-end O2C business processes to support organisational performance and operational improvement.
The role requires an experienced O2C process lead or senior business analyst, ideally with experience delivering Oracle Fusion Financials and Subscription Management modules.
The successful candidate will work closely with programme leadership, finance, procurement, and regional stakeholders to support the design, documentation, harmonisation, and implementation of O2C processes across multiple business entities/countries
Key Responsibilities
Process Design & Mapping
- Perform detailed process mapping for end-to-end O2C processes aligned to the common O2C design framework
- Identify process gaps within the common design and ensure these are remediated through defined and documented processes.
- Capture and define common business requirements aligned to O2C process designs.
- Capture and document local business requirements, identifying any gaps or deviations from the common design.
- Work with programme leadership and business teams to confirm common vs. local O2C process designs.
Governance & Design Authority
- Prepare artefacts and documentation required for Design Authority reviews and decision making.
- Define and document the approval matrix for O2C processes including (but not limited to):
- Purchase requisition approvals
- Payment approvals
- Define and document internal controls and segregation of duties (SoD) requirements.
- Validate O2C process designs and implementation approach with programme leadership.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Align with project management teams on tools and platforms used for:
- Process mapping
- Business requirement documentation
- Programme and project reporting
- Review and validate detailed O2C process maps with:
- Programme management team
- Finance and procurement teams across multiple countries
- Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of common process design principles.
Programme Integration
- Contribute to related customer journey and transformation initiatives where O2C processes form part of the wider programme.
- Work with programme leadership to prioritise process improvements and delivery based on the implementation roadmap.
- Collaborate with systems integrator (SI) teams to support implementation of the agreed process design.
Testing & Implementation
- Coordinate end-to-end testing of O2C process flows to ensure expected outcomes are achieved.
- Identify defects and support the development of remediation plans.
- Review and update change impact assessments related to O2C process design and implementation.
- Support the delivery of training for end users on new O2C processes and supporting systems.
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor outcomes following O2C process implementation.
- Track and monitor process adoption across business entities.
- Work with stakeholders to embed improvements and drive continuous process alignment.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as an Order to Cash Process Lead or Senior Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in O2C process design and transformation programmes.
- Experience delivering Oracle Fusion Financials (essential)
- Experience with Oracle Subscription Management modules (essential)
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills (L3 / L4 process modelling).
- Experience working within multi-country or shared service environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and governance experience..
