Xpertise are urgently looking for a Programme Delivery Manager - FinTech, Financial Services

Candidates must have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a Programme Director/Manager in enterprise scale environments
• Proven experience leading large engineering squads onshore, offshore and nearshore
• Proven experience of Retail Banking including customer accounts, loans, savings, payments and servicing flows
• Proven experience of cloud-native delivery, integration, data flows and modern engineering
• Experience in digital banking environments
• Demonstrated experience in start-up environments
• Proven experience in Agile delivery
• Experience in bank licence mobilisation or regulated go-live environments
• Exposure to modern core banking platforms
• Exceptional stakeholder management experience including C-Suite

Role is outside IR35 - role will require travel across Europe
