Project Specialist - Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the “front door” for new Service User SRQs via the DCC process, validating requests and initiating provisioning
- Lead feasibility assessments and produce customer quotes in line with agreed commercial principles.
- Coordinate order delivery by liaising with UK Order Analysts and customers; manage WIP reporting, site access, surveys, and portal updates.
- Oversee go-live and Ready for Service (AILS) activities, ensuring smooth transition to in-life service and billing, while owning SLAs.
- Maintain delivery metrics, support programme reporting and SSD documentation, and drive continuous improvement of service catalogue and order processes.
Project Specialist - Required Experience
- Proven experience managing end-to-end service orders or provisioning processes, including request validation, feasibility assessment, and go-live coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, commercial teams, analysts, and third-party providers.
- Solid understanding of SLA management, delivery governance, and performance reporting within a telecoms or technical service environment.
- Commercial awareness, with experience supporting quote production and working within agreed pricing and contractual frameworks.
- Process improvement mindset, with the ability to streamline workflows, support documentation standards, and drive continuous service enhancements.
