AI Delivery Manager - £650 Per Day - Outside IR35

A global organisation is scaling its AI Centre of Excellence (AI COE) to accelerate the deployment of enterprise AI solutions across workflows, products, and regions.

We are seeking an experienced AI Delivery Manager to ensure AI solutions - built internally or procured externally - are delivered smoothly, aligned cross-functionally, and adopted effectively across a complex, multi-market environment.

The Role

You will act as the coordination layer across Engineering, Data, Product, Security, and business teams - removing blockers, managing dependencies, and ensuring organisational readiness for release.

This role is instrumental in deploying enterprise-scale AI capabilities such as enterprise search, AI copilots, and agent environments across global teams.

Hands-on and execution-focused, you will bring pace, structure, and clarity to multi-team delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of AI solutions across technical and business teams
• Remove external blockers and manage cross-functional dependencies
• Lead vendor onboarding, security reviews, DPIAs, and UAT coordination
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and security standards
• Provide concise delivery reporting — progress, risks, decisions, next steps
• Align delivery sequencing with change and adoption planning

Experience & Attributes

• Proven delivery management experience in digital, data, or product environments (AI experience desirable)
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills in global or complex organisations
• Experience supporting high-performing engineering and product teams
• Confident managing UAT, vendor rollouts, and enterprise governance requirements
• Direct communicator, comfortable operating at pace with minimal oversight
