Business Change Manager - Defence Sector

Active SC Clearance needed

6 Month contract with possible extension

Our client is a technology-driven consultancy delivering secure digital and cloud-based capabilities into the UK Central Government and Defence industry.

This role sits at the centre of digital delivery. The client is preparing for a major platform implementation in the form of a new ERP system for one of their Defence clients.

In turn they require a Business Change Manager to lead the workforce and operational side of that programme from mobilisation through to adoption.

What you'll do:

Lead business change activity across enterprise system implementations and digital transformation initiatives

Assess operational impact of the new ERP system

Develop practical adoption, training and engagement plans for stakeholders and users

Identify change risks early and put mitigation plans in place

Align change activity with programme governance and delivery milestones

Provide clear reporting to senior technology and programme leadership on change readiness and benefits realisation.

Key requirements:

Experience delivering business change for large scale system implementations

Structured approach to change, with a focus on adoption and measurable outcomes

Experienced with operating and delivering within complex security cleared environments

Active SC Clearance - last used in the past 12 months
