ServiceNow Process Analyst - ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Design, Mapping, Infrastructure, Implementations, Remote (Early UK hours 6am start) Outside IR35

This is a fantastic ServiceNow Process Analyst contract opportunity with a leading tech organisation.

The ServiceNow Process Analyst contract is Remote (UK) working early hours UK time so 6am-2pm as the team is in the Middle East .

The ServiceNow Process Analyst contract is Outside IR35.

As ServiceNow Process Analyst you will map existing, and design new, processes for enterprise scale infrastructure implementations. The ServiceNow Process Analyst must have strong ITSM, ITON, ITAM and CMDB experience covering definition, documentation governance and operational best practice. The ServiceNow Process Analyst must have previous commercial experience mapping and documenting existing processes and defining and designing new (as-is > to-be) processes. Experience defining rules around data (procurement/discovery) and aligning asset and CMDB records is essential as ServiceNow Process Analyst as is mapping and aligning Incident, Change, Problem processes. Strong Delivery, Compliance and Governance experience are essential as ServiceNow Process Analyst as are excellent client facing and communications skills. Any ServiceNow or ITIL certifications are preferred but not essential as ServiceNow Process Analyst as would any consulting/managed service industry experience.
