Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Lead Level Consultant to lead and deliver a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation for a leading security and strategic intelligence firm.

Key Responsibilities-

• Solution Design & Architecture
• Lead end-to-end technical design of the ServiceNow HRSD solution.
• Define scalable architecture aligned with security and compliance requirements (highly regulated environment).
• Provide technical leadership across HR workflows, data model, integrations, and access controls.
• Produce HLD/LLD documentation and technical design artefacts.
• HRSD Implementation

Lead the configuration and build of:

• Core HRSD setup
• HR Case Management
• Agent Workspace for HR Case Management
• Employee Center
• HR Services & lifecycle events
• HR Knowledge Management
• Security roles, COEs, and data segregation
• Integration Delivery
• Design and implement integration between ServiceNow HRSD and Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR.
• Define integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, etc.).
• Ensure secure data exchange aligned with data protection and confidentiality standards.

Required Experience-

• 6+ years ServiceNow experience, with significant HRSD implementation exposure.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end HRSD implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in:
• HR Case Management
• Employee Center
• Agent Workspace
• HR Knowledge
• Lifecycle Events

• Rates (Outside IR35) Negotiable
