Project Manager / Systems Specialist (Liquidlogic)

Outside IR35 | £600–£800/day | Full-time or Part-time | Public Sector Transformation

We’re supporting a major transformation programme within Children’s Services and are seeking a high-impact Project Manager with strong Liquidlogic systems expertise to lead critical system redesign and delivery.

This is not a coordination role — it’s a hands-on delivery position for someone who understands how to translate service reform into configured systems, workflows, and data-driven processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system reconfiguration aligned to new operating models

• Design workflows, forms, and reporting structures within Liquidlogic

• Oversee system build, testing, migration, and implementation

• Work directly with suppliers, data teams, and service leads

• Ensure systems capture accurate data for operational and strategic reporting

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven Project Management experience delivering complex system change

✔ Strong hands-on experience configuring Liquidlogic (essential)

✔ Ability to bridge operational service design and technical delivery

✔ Experience managing stakeholders across multi-disciplinary environments

✔ Strong data mindset (SQL / data structures advantageous)
