Programme Manager - Outside IR35 at ShareForce, Yeovil, £Contract Rate

This is a contract opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager with a strong track record of leading large-scale, complex digital transformation programmes using Microsoft technologies. The successful candidate will demonstrate a hands-on leadership style and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large, complex programmes (up to £50m) to time, quality, and budget.
• Manage key client accounts and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee programme planning, risk management, reporting, and governance.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, quality standards, and delivery methodology.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and commercial performance.
• Approve and oversee work orders, change requests, and key documentation.
• Lead executive-level meetings and represent the delivery function.
• Manage and motivate large, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Information

• Day rate: £600-650
• IR35 Status: Outside
• Location: Hybrid with up to 3 days/ week travel to London and Yeovil
• Initial Duration: 6 months, significant opportunity for extension
