Technical Analyst at Synapri, London, 3 Months, £400-£450 per day

Synapri are working with an industry-leading consultancy to hire a Technical Analyst on an Outside IR35 contract. This role will require some travel to London, likely once a week at most.

The client is keen to see Technical Analysts with integration, infrastructure, security and strong public sector experience to work in a small team alongside client staff.

The key responsibilities for this role are:

• Capturing of design within High-Level and Low-Level Designs underpinned by a risk-based approach to security.
• In-depth knowledge of non-functional requirements
• Familiarity with full SDLC, including methodologies such as RAD and AGILE
• Responsibility for technical architecture, security, testing and integration designs.
• This is a technical role that requires a working understanding of IT hardware, software, platforms and protocols.
• Experience in technical compliance.

The role will require:

• Working as part of a technical team
• Working with systems integrators and software developers.
• Designing and documenting technical designs.
• Capturing and articulating security risk and any mitigations that can be offered.
• Confidence in the presentation of design options to the client, maintaining consideration with security risk impact.
• Supporting the testing and data migration activities.
• Ability to identify any issues with the ability to analyse and report test activities and results.
• Overseeing implementations.

This contract will run for an initial 3-month period with scope for extension; the whole scheme of work is likely to last over 12 months.

This will require SC Clearance to be held from the offset.
