Role Overview

Title: Testing SME /PM
Contract: Full-time, 6 month contract - Starting ASAP
IR35 Determination: Outside IR35
Location: Hybrid with 2-3 days onsite in London


Differentis is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Testing SME / Test Manager to oversee testing activity across a major ERP transformation programme. This role blends hands‑on SME knowledge with project management oversight to ensure full, accurate and well‑governed testing across Finance and wider ERP modules. The candidate will support and challenge Business Users, manage testing discipline, and chase the SI partner (Accenture) on technical testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong Oracle Fusion knowledge, ideally spanning Finance and cross‑functional modules.
  • Demonstrable experience as a Testing SME, Test Manager, or ERP Programme Test Lead.
  • Ability to manage SI partners and challenge Business teams constructively.
  • Solid understanding of Finance / Accounting systems and end‑to‑end ERP processes.
  • Hands‑on experience with SIT, UAT, defect management and test governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to ensure testing milestones are achieved.

Key Requirements

  • Provide SME expertise across testing activities within an ERP programme.
  • Oversee, coordinate, and track all test phases to ensure full and accurate testing is completed.
  • Assist and guide Business Users through testing, ensuring they follow required processes.
  • Chase and challenge Accenture on technical testing, defects, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure all test cycles (SIT/UAT) are executed properly with clear outcomes.
  • Support testing related to Finance systems and processes.
