Rate: £800 per day (Outside IR35)
Contract: 6 months
Location: West London (Hybrid working)

A leading manufacturing organisation based in West London is looking for an experienced IFS Solution Architect to play a key role in a major IFS programme.

This is a senior, end-to-end architecture role, responsible for shaping the overall IFS solution across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and service modules, while ensuring scalability, integration integrity, and alignment with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end IFS solution architecture across multiple modules

  • Define and govern functional and technical design standards across the programme

  • Act as the architectural authority between business, implementation partners, and technical teams

  • Ensure coherent design across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Service Management

  • Oversee integrations with surrounding systems (PLM, MES, CRM, data platforms, etc.)

  • Provide architectural oversight for data migration, security, environments, and release management

  • Support design assurance, UAT readiness, cutover strategy, and go-live planning

  • Challenge design decisions to ensure simplicity, performance, and long-term maintainability

Experience Required
  • Proven experience as an IFS Solution Architect on complex ERP programmes

  • Strong cross-module IFS knowledge, particularly Finance and Manufacturing / Service environments

  • Experience designing solutions for manufacturing or asset-intensive organisations

  • Strong understanding of integrations, data models, and ERP architecture principles

  • Confident engaging at senior stakeholder level, including CIO, Finance Directors, and Programme leadership

  • Experience working in hybrid, multi-vendor delivery environments

Contract Details
  • £800 per day, Outside IR35

  • Initial 6-month contract with high likelihood of extension

  • Hybrid working with regular on-site presence in West London
