Role Overview

The Senior Business Analyst will support a key business project by implementing technology to enhance service offerings. You will collaborate with technology teams, stakeholders, and delivery groups to gather requirements, analyze processes, and provide documented insights for system enhancements across the full lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and map current/future processes.
• Analyze impacts and document insights for cross-functional technology changes.
• Create standardized requirements, User Stories, and functional designs.
• Develop solutions, define success criteria, and assist with QA testing.
• Deliver status reports and assess system impacts.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Senior Business Analyst in complex technology environments.
• Experience with systems development and integration projects.
• Track record of producing high-quality documentation for multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to translate non-technical requirements into actionable insights.
• Salesforce, SAP, DevOps, and Microsoft Azure.
