QA Manager at La Fosse Associates, London, £500-£600 per day

QA Manager - £500 outside IR35 - London (2 days per week) - Javascript/Playwright/Webdriver IO experience

Please note: Candidates will be required to travel into the London office twice a week. The ideal candidate will have retail or ecommerce experience.

La Fosse has partnered with a leading retail organisation to recruit a QA Manager who will make a real impact on the quality of their digital products.

You’ll lead and mentor a talented QA team, shape test automation strategy, and work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality, customer-facing applications and backend systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive innovation, embed best practices, and help the organisation scale its QA capabilities in an agile environment.

Key Requirements

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript & Selenium WebDriver
• Experience with Playwright and Cucumber (BDD)
• Proven experience leading manual and automation QA teams, including offshore partners
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines,
• Experience defining QA automation strategies across frontend, backend, microservices, and GraphQL
• Familiarity with AI testing tools and emerging testing technologies
• Experience with real-device testing at scale
• Strong understanding of Agile practices and DevOps tooling (Git, Jenkins, GitLab)

This is initially a 6 month contract.
