AgileSource are looking for a Product Operating Model Consultant to join a growing and ambitious consultancy focused on helping organisations modernise how they design, organise and deliver technology, digital and change.

You will work as part of a collaborative consulting team, supporting the design and implementation of product-aligned operating models that enable organisations to deliver better outcomes for customers and the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, organisation design, agile ways of working and culture change.

What You'll Do

  • Design and evolve product-aligned operating models and organisation structures

  • Apply agile principles to shape how teams, portfolios and funding models operate

  • Assess current-state maturity and help define pragmatic transformation roadmaps

  • Support mobilisation activities such as leadership sessions and team workshops

  • Design and facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and delivery teams

  • Work with HR, Finance and Change colleagues to support organisation design, engagement and funding approaches

  • Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies, tools and propositions

  • Clearly articulate operating model and product principles to a range of stakeholders

What We're Looking For

You'll bring experience in some of the following areas:

  • Operating model design, organisation design or business analysis

  • Working in agile environments, ideally within product-aligned or outcome-focused models

  • Understanding of agile principles and practices

  • Experience working within or alongside IT, Digital or Change functions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Confidence working in a consultative, advisory capacity

  • Experience producing high-quality presentations, documents and project deliverables

  • Around 3+ years' relevant experience in consulting or in-house roles
