We are seeking a hands on IT Manager to lead and manage critical integrations across the clients enterprise landscape, including SAP S4/HANA.

This senior position plays a key role in ensuring systems are connected, stable, and scalable to support a unified customer experience.

Description

• Lead the integration of SAP S4/HANA with Magento, WMS, Store force, Cegid, and other internal systems to maintain stable and high-performance connectivity.
• Support the setup of new physical retail stores in the systems, ensuring accurate integration with POS, stock, and order management platforms.
• Monitor integration performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance system stability and scalability.
• Prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders on integration health, data accuracy, and order fulfilment performance.
• Design, implement, and optimize IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud environments, to cooperate with Global HQ IT and Inhouse technology departments
• Configure SAP S4/HANA and integrated systems to support new country rollouts, currencies, and pricing structures for both owned channels (Ecomm & Retail) and marketplaces.
• Plan and enforce information security measures, including risk management, compliance, and audit response following group security governance.

Profile

Experience

* 10 + years of professional experience with SAP, preferably SAP HANA, including direct integration with e-commerce, WMS, or POS systems.

* 5 + years of retail industry experience, preferably luxury or fashion apparel brands experience.

* Proven track record in managing complex integrations across multi-country and multi-currency environments.

* Experience leading or contributing to omnichannel and real-time data initiatives.

Technical Skills

* Expertise in SAP S4/HANA integration tools, APIs, and middleware such as SAP CPI or PI/PO.

* Proficiency in XML, JSON, and IDoc data formats, with strong SQL and database management skills.
