Technical Business Analyst/Technical Delivery Manager
Rate- £475/ day outside IR35 contract
Duration- 6 months

We are looking for an experienced Monday.com professional to take ownership of delivering multiple Monday.com solutions across the business. This is not just a technical role; you will lead the end-to-end delivery, ensuring solutions are designed, configured, and implemented effectively to meet organisational needs.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand and document requirements, translate these into practical workflows and dashboards, and oversee the successful rollout of solutions.
Key Responsibilities / Deliverables
- Configuration, setup, and support of Monday.com for Marketing Planning and Project Management
- Own and lead smaller Monday.com initiatives through to successful delivery
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned to business objectives
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple business areas to understand processes and requirements
- Collaborate with IT colleagues to ensure solutions meet architecture and security standards
- Document and validate requirements, translating them into effective Monday.com solutions
- Design and configure workflows, dashboards, and automations within Monday.com
- Ensure solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with best practices
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels
- Provide training and guidance to end users on Monday.com features and best practices
Essential Skills / Qualifications / Experience
- Proven experience leading Monday.com implementations, including workflow design, dashboards, and automations
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and change management
- Solid business analysis skills with the ability to capture and translate requirements
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
