Contract Project Manager – CRM Delivery (M&A)

The Opportunity

Lead a high-impact CRM implementation from the ground up for a business navigating major M&A activity. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, not governance theatre.

We need a Project Manager who owns outcomes, chases actions relentlessly, and drives delivery at pace through complexity and ambiguity.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a newly selected M&A CRM platform
• Drive momentum: remove blockers, close actions, keep teams accountable
• Manage senior stakeholders across finance, IT, M&A and external vendors
• Run tight project governance: plans, RAID logs, dependencies, integrations
• Support wider transformation (potentially D365 ERP or EPM projects)

What You'll Bring

Essential:

• Proven track record delivering enterprise CRM implementations end-to-end
• Experience of D365 ideally F&O / Finance & Operations
• Hands-on, assertive delivery style. You make things happen
• Strong stakeholder management in fast-moving, complex environments
• Confidence operating in ambiguity with accountability and energy

Highly Desirable:

• M&A, corporate development or integration programme experience
• Finance transformation background
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP or EPM systems
