Delivery Manager, Change Management, Defence, SC Cleared, Outside IR35

Proven Delivery Manager required to lead and coordinate all project activities across a large Defence organisation. ensuring a structured, transparent, and controlled approach to project and programme-level changes. Suited candidates will have strong end-to-end project management experience within a complex secure project environment. You will support integration of change control with other project management disciplines, including risk, schedule, cost, and configuration management.

Key skills:

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with Land ISTAR, Defence capability delivery, or digital transformation projects.
• The ideal candidate will have recently completed a similar Delivery Manager role within a secure Defence environment.
• This role will require Active SC Clearance.
