Hybrid Business Analyst – E-commerce Transformation | Shopify - RETAIL

📍 London (Hybrid) | Contract – Outside IR35 | Urgent Start.

We are looking for a sharp, delivery-driven Business Analyst with a little Project Management experience to join my client - a global brand and play a key role in their E-commerce transformation journey.

You'll act as the vital link between commercial and technical teams – turning complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing – Hybrid Business Analyst / JUNIOR Project Manager

• 🤝 Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to gather and refine business requirements
• 🧭 Map as-is/to-be processes, define integration points, and identify opportunities for optimisation
• 🗂️ Define project scope, timelines, and milestones, managing delivery from planning through execution
• 🤖 Coordinate with internal teams and third-party tech partners to translate requirements into actionable solutions
• 📊 Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
