An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Delivery Manager to join a leading consultancy working on a high-profile project within the public sector. This role requires a background ideally working on Identity projects.

As a Delivery Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Support Agile methodologies and ensure the team adheres to best practices.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in the public sector or similar environments.

• Expereince working on identity projects.

• Strong understanding of Agile and delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with senior stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery.
