Contract Description
My client are looking for an experienced User Researcher (Outside IR35) to join a multidisciplinary government digital team, helping to design and deliver services that are simple, accessible, and built around real user needs. This is an opportunity to influence services used by millions and shape meaningful change across the public sector.
Essential Skills:
- Active Security Clearance
- Strong experience as a User Researcher within government or large-scale digital environments.
- Proven ability to plan and run user research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Experience working with the GDS framework, including the Service Standard and Design System.
- Ability to communicate research findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Understanding of accessibility, inclusive research, and ethical research practices.
