Experienced Business Analyst is required for a 3-month contract based in Newbury. Financial/FinOps practitioner experience with ServiceNow essential.

Business Analyst to drive the capture of requirements who can investigate the correct technology. Assess and help realise the benefits of the existing ServiceNow Proven Optics solution.

Paying £330-340/day per day (Outside IR35). Start ASAP ideally Jan/Feb 2026.

Hybrid Working - 1 day/week remote (WFH), and 4 days/week working on-site from the office in Newbury.

Key skills, experience + tasks will include:

• Business Analyst to Lead the capture of requirements who can investigate the correct technology. Assess and help realise the benefits of the existing ServiceNow Proven Optics solution.
• Financial/FinOps practitioner experience with ServiceNow essential.
• Assess and help realise the benefits of the existing ServiceNow Proven Optics solution, including identifying gaps, improvement opportunities, and optimisation areas.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and platform teams to ensure requirements are feasible, aligned with ServiceNow capabilities, and fit for purpose.
• Proven Optics to support cost modelling to realise the benefit.
• Requirements related to IT financial management and FinOps capabilities.
• Work closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to understand current cost structures, financial processes, and reporting needs.
• Support the evaluation of appropriate technology solutions to meet FinOps and IT cost transparency requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to validate requirements, assumptions, and proposed approaches.
• Translate financial and technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements for technical and delivery teams.
