ServiceNow Project Manager – Insurance - £600 pd Outside IR35

Our established insurance client in London is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the delivery of ServiceNow initiatives across a complex enterprise environment. This is a high-visibility contract role, ideal for a confident communicator who can engage effectively with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.

The ServiceNow PM will lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget, acting as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners. Responsibilities will include managing project plans, RAID logs, governance, and reporting.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Project Manager
• Background in insurance or a large enterprise organisation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate at senior level
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platforms and delivery methodologies
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment

Rate: £600 per day, Outside IR35

Duration: Initial 3-month contract with potential for extension
