Loyalty & Rewards Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in their office in Hemel Hempstead)

Contract: Outside IR35

Day rate: Up to £500 per day

Duration: Initial 6 months but will most likely extend

Start date: ASAP

My client is well-known within the hospitality industry and urgently require an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major Loyalty & Rewards transformation programme. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to analyse business needs, map processes, define requirements, and support the delivery of cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis activities across CRM, sales, and Loyalty & Rewards transformation workstreams.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
  • Analyse existing processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
  • Support testing, user adoption, and change management.
  • Produce high-quality documentation including process maps, data models, and project artefacts.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
  • Background in Hospitality or Retail strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Loyalty & Rewards schemes
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating effectively with on-site and remote teams.
