Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer at Concept Analytics, Remote, 3 Months, £Contract Rate

Role:
* Designing, developing and implementing data feeds to populate and refresh a greenfield, modelled data warehouse in Azure using the appropriate toolsets in the Microsoft BI Stack
* Agile Development utilising CI/CD deployment processes
* ETL and general End-To-End Datawarehouse development knowledge.
* Extensive knowledge of Power BI - building semantic models and developing dashboards

Responsibilities:
* Must be capable of owning packages of work from inception through to completion
* Liaising with project managers and business stakeholders to ensure key milestones are met.
* Must be able to work in a pressurised environment to agreed design standards and within timescales

Skillsets:
* Extensive T-SQL
* Modelling experience essential (star schema preferred)
* Extensive Analytics/Power BI Experience
* Microsoft Fabric/Azure Hub & Spoke Topology (security configuration a bonus)
* Agile/GIT

This is a 3 month initial contract with potential for extension, working for a fast-growing, development house offering unlimited potential for the right candidate - several people required for a January 2026 start, interviews this week.

Working in a small team of experienced BI Developers, you will be required to cover all aspects of materialising data from source systems right through to delivering the required outputs to satisfy defined User Story Requirements.

The roles are remote based, working directly for us and outside IR35, requirements will be work packaged based and will be paying market rates DOE.
