Project Manager - Large-Scale Digital Displays/Digital Signage - AV at Strike IT Services, London, 9 Months, £700-£850 per day

We are working with a large UK-based organisation delivering a complex programme of digital display and AV installations across a multi-building estate.

A key component of the programme is the delivery of a very large-scale LED installation, alongside multiple digital display projects delivered in parallel. This role will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery, coordinating several specialist vendors and internal teams to ensure successful execution.

Scope of Work

• Delivery of a large-format LED installation (including associated infrastructure, media servers, processors and control systems)

• Delivery of multiple digital display projects across the estate, including:

  • Wayfinding and informational screens

  • Advertising and digital signage

  • Large-format feature screens

  • External-facing displays

Responsibilities

• Own programme and project delivery from mobilisation through to operational handover

• Coordinate multiple third-party suppliers and delivery partners

• Manage plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues

• Provide delivery reporting and assurance to senior stakeholders

• Work pragmatically alongside an evolving PMO structure

• Act as a hands-on delivery lead, resolving issues and maintaining momentum

• Support procurement and onboarding of vendors for additional display works

• Ensure quality, resilience and readiness of all delivered solutions

Required Experience

• Experience delivering large-scale digital display, LED, AV or broadcast programmes

• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-vendor delivery environments

• Background in large estates, venues, stadia, events or similarly complex physical environments

• Technically credible, able to challenge suppliers and assumptions

• Comfortable operating in fast-moving and evolving delivery environments
