I'm currently recruiting for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join a fast-paced programme delivering critical case management and service cloud and E&U cloud solutions in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business requirements into Salesforce deliverables.
• Focus on Service Cloud and case management (complaints handling, change of tenancy, front/Back Office processes).
• Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Create user stories and contribute to technical design discussions.
• Operate in a dynamic programme environment with tight deadlines - ability to hit the ground running is essential.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce BA (Service Cloud & E&U Cloud).
• Strong understanding of energy & utilities sector processes (complaints, tenancy changes, customer service).
• Skilled in gathering requirements, writing user stories, and supporting technical teams.
• Confident working in a fast-moving, delivery-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders across front and Back Office.

• Start date: Interviews in the first week of January, start in the second week.
• Duration: Initial 3 months (extension likely).
• Rate: £450-£525/day, Outside IR35.
• Location: Remote
