I'm currently recruiting for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join a fast-paced programme delivering critical case management and service cloud and E&U cloud solutions in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate high-level business requirements into Salesforce deliverables.
- Focus on Service Cloud and case management (complaints handling, change of tenancy, front/Back Office processes).
- Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Create user stories and contribute to technical design discussions.
- Operate in a dynamic programme environment with tight deadlines - ability to hit the ground running is essential.
Experience needed- Proven experience as a Salesforce BA (Service Cloud & E&U Cloud).
- Strong understanding of energy & utilities sector processes (complaints, tenancy changes, customer service).
- Skilled in gathering requirements, writing user stories, and supporting technical teams.
- Confident working in a fast-moving, delivery-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders across front and Back Office.
Contract Details- Start date: Interviews in the first week of January, start in the second week.
- Duration: Initial 3 months (extension likely).
- Rate: £450-£525/day, Outside IR35.
- Location: Remote
