Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Contract Business Analyst to join us on an initial 6-month engagement and help keep momentum across a number of critical IT and development initiatives.

Due to an extended absence within the team, this role will play a key part in supporting ongoing and upcoming projects while we progress longer-term technology leadership plans. You’ll be hands-on from day one, working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to shape requirements, produce clear documentation, and ensure the development pipeline continues to move forward smoothly.

• A proactive, delivery-focused Business Analyst who can quickly embed into an existing IT environment
• Proven experience supporting multiple concurrent IT or development projects
• Strong ability to take ownership of requirements end-to-end, from discovery through to delivery readiness
• Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
• Able to translate complex business needs into clear, structured, and actionable documentation
• Experience working in fast-moving or change-heavy environments
• Confident running workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement walkthroughs
• Strong attention to detail with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
• Able to challenge assumptions constructively and help shape the right technical solutions
• Comfortable operating with a degree of ambiguity and helping bring structure where needed
