The Role

We are looking for an Azure Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating, managing, and optimizing cloud-based environments to support our core applications and services. You’ll work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and architects to ensure our platforms are scalable, secure, and reliable.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Automate infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Azure resources, implementing best practices for cost-management and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support application and data needs.
• Implement security best practices, compliance measures, and disaster recovery strategies.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Platform Engineer or in a related field with a strong focus on Azure technologies.
• Solid understanding of Azure services like Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, or Bicep.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices, such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices, network architecture, and operational monitoring.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a passion for continuous improvement.
