Technology PMO / Project Management Office, £450 per day outside IR35, 6 months, immediate start required. Predominately home based but must be willing to travel to Leeds / London / Worksop once a month.
Role Purpose
To provide structure, governance and reporting discipline for a large Technology Integration Program, ensuring Technology can meet the requirements of the Group Integration to create a single, integrated plan across Day-1, Day-2–100 and Day-101+.
This role acts as the central coordination point for Technology integration reporting, RAID management, documentation control and governance processes. It ensures that Cyber, Architecture, Operations and Infrastructure workstreams operate consistently, follow agreed standards, and provide timely, accurate updates into the Technology PMO and Group Integration Management Office.
The analyst will also own and maintain the Technology Integration SharePoint site, creating a single version of truth for reporting, templates, RAID, actions and submissions.
Key Accountabilities
1. Governance & Process Control
- Implement and uphold Technology integration governance frameworks.
- Ensure all workstreams follow agreed PMO / IMO standards, templates, RAID definitions and reporting cycles.
- Support the introduction of new meeting cadence (Steer, RAID reviews, weekly RAG cycle).
2. Integrated Reporting & Documentation Management
- Own the weekly reporting process for Technology (RAG, milestones, status updates, risks, issues, dependencies).
- Consolidate inputs into a single, accurate weekly pack aligned to Group IMO requirements.
- Maintain structured documentation, including workstream outputs, escalations and submission packs.
3. RAID Management
- Maintain centralised RAID logs across all workstreams, ensuring clear ownership and timely updates.
- Drive weekly RAID meetings and ensure escalations are channeled appropriately.
- Track mitigation plans and ensure issues are not carried forward unresolved.
4. Support Integrated Planning
- Support development and ongoing maintenance of the integrated Day-1, Day-2–100 and Day-101+ plans.
- Ensure dependencies between Cyber, Architecture, Infrastructure and Operations are captured.
- Support reporting to the Technology Steer and Group IMO.
5. SharePoint Ownership
- Own and maintain the Technology Integration SharePoint site as the single source of programme truth.
- Ensure documents, reports, RAID, actions and templates are up to date and version-controlled.
- Improve structure to enable easy reporting, submission quality and auditability.
6. Workstream Support & Coordination
- Ensure each Technology workstream delivers updates in line with governance standards.
- Provide PMO support to Cyber, Architecture, Operations and Infrastructure leads.
- Track open actions and ensure timely closure.
7. Group IMO Interface Support
- Provide high-quality inputs for Group IMO reviews, including Friday submissions.
- Ensure outputs meet the quality, structure and expectations defined by the Group IMO team.
- Track follow-up actions and coordinate responses.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience (Target Profile)
Essential
- Strong understanding of PMO governance, RAID, reporting and structured delivery
- Experience supporting complex multi-workstream programmes
- Skilled in producing clear reports, dashboards and structured submissions
- High attention to detail, accuracy and documentation control
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Able to influence and hold workstreams to account
- Competent with PMO tools (SharePoint, Excel, project planning tools)
Desirable
- Experience in Technology or IT integration programmes
- Familiarity with identity, cyber, infrastructure or service operations concepts
- Exposure to M&A integration or cross-organisation governance
- Knowledge of Group IMO or central PMO environments
