Job Title: ServiceNow Project Manager
Location: London (Hybrid - onsite up to 3 days per week)
Salary/Rate: £500 (Outside IR35)
Start Date: Immediately, ideally before Christmas 2025
Job Type: 6 Month Contract

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled ServiceNow Project Manager to join a fast-paced technology transformation programme. This role will support the delivery of critical IT initiatives and projects in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• You will be responsible for leading ServiceNow-focused projects and ensuring successful delivery of technology initiatives. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage project timelines, and help define scope in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Lead ServiceNow projects, focusing on ITOM, CMDB, and eBonding.
• Plan, manage, and drive project delivery to agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Utilise Agile/Kanban tools to manage workflows, track progress, and report status.
• Navigate ambiguity to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and act as a personable, trusted point of contact.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Proven experience managing ServiceNow projects, ideally with ITOM, CMDB, or eBonding experience.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, monitoring, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Agile/Kanban tools and methodologies.
• Drive and persistence to achieve goals and follow up effectively with teams.
• Experience within technology/outsourcing programmes.
• Understanding of AI-enabled solutions, cloud technologies, and data-driven initiatives.
• Exposure to fast-paced, high-energy, hands-on environments.
• Experience with complex technology transitions or operational change programmes.
