Contract Description

  • Design and develop ERP solution architecture, including integration strategies for external systems.
  • Oversee the project's execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance, using agile ways of working, such as the Scrum framework.
  • Act as the bridge between business and IT, leading workshops and facilitating communication among different teams.
  • Lead requirements gathering and systems analysis to ensure the final solution aligns with business objectives.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide end-user and technical team training on developed features, and produce structured documentation and reporting that outlines implementation steps, system behavior, and key technical considerations.
  • Formulate and implement solutions and produce quality results on time.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with ERP trends, methodologies, and Microsoft Dynamics advancements

Skills Required:

  • Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations, with proven ability to design ERP solutions that align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices; including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
  • Experience with Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or similar methodologies for iterative delivery.
  • Knowledge of ERP governance, data privacy, and compliance standards relevant to finance and operations.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar platforms.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, vendors, and external partners.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing stakeholder expectations, facilitating workshops, and driving consensus among diverse groups.
  • Experience developing and executing change management strategies to support user adoption and organizational transformation and a strong background in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and translating business needs into actionable solution designs.
  • Excellent knowledge of the full MS Office suite and collaboration platforms (MS Teams, SharePoint).

This role has been determined as being outside IR35.

Candidates should hold or be willing to undergo SC Clearance or Nato Secret Clearance.
