Engineering Lead - Azure/Microsoft Stack - Financial Services.

A financial services firm are modernising their technology stack and as such are migrating existing on-premise infrastructure to Azure and modernising ways of working within engineering operations.

You will provide technical leadership and day-to-day engineering operations management across infrastructure, cloud, security, and software engineering, driving both the Azure migration from a technical perspective, and the changes in ways of working, skillsets, tooling and automation.

You should apply for this role if you are/have:

• 5+ years engineering leadership experience within financial services
• Strong Microsoft technology stack including Azure, Windows, SQL and Fabric
• On premise to Azure migration experience is essential
• Technical leadership and technical delivery management experience
• Experience overseeing 25+ person multi-disciplined engineering teams
• Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution

This is a £600-700/day outside IR35 role. Initially for six months. Hybrid, 3 days in London office.
