Your new role
As CRM Delivery Lead, you'll play a key role in a major CRM transformation programme, driving the successful implementation of a new platform across multiple business units. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role, working closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure milestones are met and business disruption is minimised. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the delivery roadmap, milestones, and risks.
• Coordinating product, engineering, QA, data, and supplier teams.
• Supporting governance and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Driving adoption and change management across the organisation.
• Promoting continuous improvement and delivery discipline.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience leading CRM or platform delivery projects (end-to-end).
• Strong technical delivery background with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and dependencies.
• Hands-on problem-solving ability and resilience under pressure.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and cloud technologies.
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance scope, cost, and quality.
