Programme Manager - Architecture Leadership - Outside IR35 - Insurance at Korn Ferry, London or Brighton, 6 Months, £800-£1k per day

Rate: £800-£1000 per day (Outside IR35)

Location: Hybrid (Flexible) - 1-2 days a week in London or Brighton, travel to other sites as required.

Duration: 6-month initial

Our client, a major health insurance organisation, is running a multi-year, enterprise-wide transformation programme and is seeking an experienced Programme Manager with proven experience leading architecture teams. This high-impact role will involve coming in to reshape the programme, drive delivery, manage complex technology transformation, and coordinate architecture teams in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in programme management and technology transformation

• Strong background in working with and leading architecture teams, and coordinating various cross-functional teams across technology

• Background in Tier 1 financial services organisations.

• Experience turning around distressed programmes and accelerating delivery

• Demonstrated experience, and skilled in, facing off to/managing Tier 1 third parties (eg, KPMG, Oracle, Salesforce)

• Ability to balance execution with strategic oversight and reshape programme delivery

• Exceptional and demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leadership
