Business Analyst at Bright Purple Resourcing, UK, £Contract Rate

Location: Remote (UK-based)
Contract: Outside IR35, 6 months with possible extension
Day Rate: £500 - £550 per day

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to support a major transformation in a complex Sales Operations environment. This project is focused on end-to-end process mapping, systems analysis, and stakeholder alignment across a rapidly scaling organisation.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Mapping and improving sales and commercial processes

• Running workshops and gathering requirements from stakeholders (Sales, Ops, Finance)

• Analysing workflows, data flows, and tooling (Salesforce or similar CRM experience ideal)

• Identifying pain points and opportunities for automation and efficiency

What we need from you:

• Proven experience in business analysis within sales/commercial functions

• Strong process mapping skills (Visio, Lucidchart or similar)

• Excellent communicator who can simplify the complex

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast-moving setting
