Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Test Analyst to join its multi-disciplinary team, focusing on delivering comprehensive testing services for applications, systems, and changes.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves creating and executing test scripts that will test the Salesforce platform processes actions correctly.

• Establish a constructive and collaborative working relationship with business analysts, developers, project managers, external development teams from Suppliers and stakeholders
• Work with IT and business teams to develop and perform testing activities
• Own, adhere to and enhance IT testing standards that are in place within the IT department
• Proactively contribute to agile ceremonies with a view to communicate progress, challenges, and continuous improvement
• Create test scripts and ensure their execution to quality standards
• Use testing techniques to develop Test Scripts
• Defect investigation, reporting, management, and retesting
• Creation of test reports and documentation

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates should possess at least four years of hands-on experience in a Test Analyst role, with a strong proficiency in Salesforce.
