Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Consultant with expertise in ITIL V4 and experience facilitating Modelling Workshops. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service management and consulting, preferably from a Big 4 consultancy, and will be responsible for delivering standard service management practices to drive efficiency and excellence.

Rate - £575.00 per day outside ir35

Location - London - twice a week onsite

Duration - 6 months

• Implement and enhance ITIL V4 frameworks to optimize service management processes.

• Lead and facilitate Modelling Workshops to refine service delivery models and best practices.

• Provide strategic guidance and operational insights to improve service performance.

• Ensure seamless Standard Service Delivery aligned with organizational and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess, design, and implement service improvement initiatives.

• Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging experience from a Big 4 consultancy background to drive business transformation.

• Proven experience in service management and ITIL V4 frameworks.

• Expertise in leading Modelling Workshops to drive process improvements.

• Preferably experience in a Big 4 consultancy firm, with strong analytical and advisory skills.

• Deep understanding of standard service delivery principles and best practices.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
