.Net Developer - GDS, OOAD, .NET Core, RESTful

Up to £420 per day (Outside IR35)

Primarily Remote (Must be UK based, eligible for BPSS Clearance)

My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who require a C# .NET Developer with .NET Core, RESTful web services, microservices and knowledge of building solutions in an Azure Containerised environment to join a business-critical GDS programme for a high profile client

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a C# .NET Developer with working knowledge of a Government Digital Service (GDS) environment
• Strong knowledge and working use of .NET Core and RESTful web services (API).
• Recent experience developing Microservice based solutions
• Worked on object-oriented design patterns (OOAD etc) and design principles (kiss/solid etc)
• Prior use of RDBMS, eg Oracle, MySQL or Postgres
• Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit testing and unit testing frameworks
• Strong knowledge of version control systems such as Github and associated CI/CD tooling (ideally with Azure DevOps, Jenkins or similar)
• Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience of BDD approach (Behaviour-Driven Development)
• Proven experience delivering within SAFe programmes
