Scrum Master- Outside of IR35 at Stealth IT Consulting, Remote, 6 Months, £Contract Rate

Our client are a top tier consultancy looking for a Scrum Master on a 6 months contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Guide the team in Agile/Scrum principles and practices

• Remove impediments to team progress and manage dependencies

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure a clear and prioritised backlog

• Champion continuous improvement and foster a culture of learning

• Support delivery planning and reporting in line with GDS phases (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live)

• Act as a servant leader for the team, enabling delivery without micromanagement

• Use Agile metrics and reporting tools to track progress and surface issues

• Ensure adherence to GDS standards and help prepare for service assessments

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile delivery teams

• Strong knowledge and application of GDS principles and delivery phases

• Background in software development or software testing - able to understand technical constraints and workflows

• Experience coaching cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships

• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with remote teams
