Interim HR Project Manager – HR Target Operating Model

6-Month Contract £500+ per day (Outside IR35)

Hybrid – London

We’re supporting a client with the appointment of an experienced Interim HR Project Manager to support a critical phase of their HR transformation journey. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of a refreshed HR Target Operating Model, with a strong focus on redeployment and change implementation.

The Role:

You’ll support the delivery of a new HR operating model, working closely with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and change teams. Key focus areas include:

Contributing to the design and implementation of an effective HR Target Operating Model Supporting role and team redesign, with a clear redeployment strategy Managing timelines, interdependencies, and risks across the programme Assisting with stakeholder engagement and change readiness activities Collaborating with internal HR, Finance and Change/Transformation teams

About You:

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in:

HR transformation projects Redeployment and organisational change Project or programme management Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Working in hybrid environments , ideally with some on-site presence in London

You’ll be delivery-focused, pragmatic, and confident operating at pace.
