D365 CRM PO/Scrum Master at La Fosse Associates Limited, London, £600-£645 per day

Serve as the Product Owner for Dynamics 365 CRM, managing the product backlog, defining user stories, and ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities and strategic goals.

Act as Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles.

Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements, define MVPs, and translate them into actionable user stories.

Ensure effective communication and alignment between business, development, QA, and support teams.

Identify and remove impediments to team progress and act as a servant leader for the development team.

Monitor and report on sprint progress, team performance, and delivery outcomes.

Promote Agile best practices and continuously improve team delivery processes.

Support change management and user adoption of new CRM features and enhancements.

Proven experience as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including recent experience leading CRM implementations or enhancements.

Familiarity with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.

Ability to prioritise and manage a product backlog effectively.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Experience working in hybrid working environments with distributed teams.

Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are desirable.
