Enterprise Technology Architect - Enterprise Architect - Cloud, Hosting, Infrastructure

This assignment is outside of IR35 and is highly remote / almost fully remote

£700- £750

Overview:

?Working with the Enterprise Architect, the Head of Technology and Head of operations on a large scale transformation project to help shape the strategy and roadmap specifically around their Hosting platforms - DC and Cloud
?Definition of Infrastructure enablement strategy for physical and virtual environments including reference architecture, guardrails, guidelines and standards.
?Ensuring the client gains strategic advantage from technology investment by understanding strategic business objectives and translating them into a sustainable technology strategy, roadmap and guardrails

The person:

• The successful applicant will have background specialising in cloud, hosting and infrastructure, now working as an enterprise architect. Ideally within an Azure environment.
• A history of providing high level enterprise strategy for future state environments, including cloud and hosting solutions.
• Definition of infrastructure enablement strategy for physical and virtual environments including reference architecture, Guardrails and Guidelines and standards.
• Ensuring strategic gains from technology investment by understanding the wider business ambition, including being able to turn these into sustainable technology and roadmaps.
• Experience with COE (Cloud centre of excellence) highly desirable.
• Experience of Financial serivces or large scale corporate enviroments, who are regulated would be the highly preferred background.
