Head of CRM / CRM Project Controller
Location: Battersea (Hybrid, 2-3 days in office)
Contract: 11-month contract
Rate: Up to £500/day (Outside IR35)
We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially aware Head of CRM / CRM Project Controller to oversee multiple projects spanning CRM, loyalty, and analytics for our client. This is a key leadership role that involves driving project execution, providing strategic insights, and ensuring clear communication at the board level.
Develop and deliver the CRM and project plan for next year, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Oversee multiple projects across CRM, loyalty, and analytics, providing direction and keeping teams on track.
Act as a strategic advisor, delivering commercial insights and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
Provide progress updates and clear storytelling to senior stakeholders, including the CEO.
Ensure alignment across global teams, working with colleagues in Asia, Europe, and the UK.
Strong project management and consultancy experience with a background in CRM and loyalty.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to negotiate and align multiple teams globally.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to provide strategic insights.
Adaptable, with experience working across multiple regions and functions.
A compelling storyteller who can simplify complex projects for senior leadership.
Confident in overseeing multiple initiatives, with the ability to prioritise and drive efficiency.
Experience preparing senior leaders for board meetings and critical decision-making processes.
No direct reports, but expected to provide mentorship and keep teams aligned.
